Our Story

Located in Ovabükü, one of Datça's most special bays, our family-run business is nestled under mastic trees, right on the seafront, offering our guests a peaceful holiday experience.


At Melinda Pension, we have been welcoming our guests since 2004 with a holiday concept that respects nature, is friendly and comfortable.

At the heart of our kitchen lies a simple yet invaluable idea:
From garden to table.

In the fertile soil of Datça, we offer our guests fresh and natural flavors with olives, greens, vegetables, and fruits that we grow ourselves. Our olive oil, jams, and other homemade products are entirely our own production and reach our guests directly at their tables.

The products we serve for breakfast are either freshly picked from the tree or carefully prepared in our garden. Each dish reflects the simplicity and authentic flavor of Datça cuisine.

This approach is not just a culinary preference for us; it's also a reflection of our respect for nature, the land, and our labor. Because we believe that the most delicious dishes are created with the freshest and most natural ingredients.
